Visitation and Memorial Service Details

Dear Family and Friends,

A visitation and memorial service to honor Billy Ray Moran will be held on Saturday, November 21st at Highland United Methodist Church located at 1901 Ridge Road in Raleigh, NC beginning at 1pm. Both the visitation and memorial service will be held outside and COVID protocols are in place. Face masks and appropriate social distancing will be required for both the visitation and memorial service. We ask that anyone experiencing cold or flu like symptoms to please stay home.

Details are as follows:

• Visitation will begin at 1:00pm on the lawn in front of the Highland United Methodist Columbarium and Memorial Garden.

• The memorial service and inurnment will begin at 2pm in the Highland United Methodist Columbarium and Memorial Garden. Due to space limitations and COVID protocol, only immediate family and siblings (and spouses) of both Billy and Linda will be present in the garden for the memorial service.

• There will be a sound system placed on the front lawn outside of the garden so that family and friends may participate in the memorial service if they would like to do so.

• Please be aware that there is minimal seating (a bench or two) outside of the garden area. Family and friends are welcome to bring a chair, if needed, to attend.
